I’ve used this company to replace the glass and screens on my windows 3 separate times at my condo that I rent out. 2 of the times were during the winter when it was below zero and the glass was cracked so I was in a bit of a hurry to get it fixed for my tenant. They were very quick to get it fixed and it was not an easy job being there was snow on the balcony and one of them was a very high up palladium window. They are always patient and understanding. I hope I don’t have to replace any more glass but if I do, I will definitely use them again.

We used the Glass Guru for window repairs at our home. The owner, Tom came to do a site visit to provide an estimate and we got the quote a day later. We scheduled the repairs and the 2 employees were here shortly after 9am the day they were to repair the windows, they were done within 2 hours and couldn’t be happier. Tom and all of his employees are a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be using his company again for future projects!

I own a townhouse in the Carillon North subdivision in Grayslake. I was having problems with a window sash/frame that was sagging. It looked bowed and would not completely shut.
I had two other window repair companies tell me the entire window would need to be replaced.
Their estimate was over $1100. Tom, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate of $125 to complete the repair. The repair tech, Keith, came out a week later and made the entire repair in just over an hour. I could not be happier with their work. Both Tom and Keith were very knowledgeable and professional with their work.

I think Glass Guru of Gurnee was fantastic! We got our estimate (a total of 15 minutes) and placed our order within two days. Due to scheduling, we asked to wait 3 weeks to have the work done, and Tom (owner) told us the order came in, everything looked great and they would arrive around 9am and be done by 1pm. They arrived at 9:08 and finished up around 12:00. We had 11 cloudy windows with moisture trapped and one sliding glass door all being replaced, and it looks AMAZING. Tom and Keith were both professional, fast and super friendly. I would GLADLY use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone. We spent less than $2,000, and are thrilled with the results. Will definitely be back if we have more windows with this issue (thank you stock builder windows).
